Are your products authentic?

All of our products are 100% authentic and shipped in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer.

What is the expiration date of your products?

Each product is brand new and carefully stored in a controlled environment to maintain its quality. We prioritize ensuring that all products are shipped with a sufficient expiration date for regular use.

Do you provide samples?

We include free samples in our orders whenever available.

I didn’t find an item I’m interested in on your website.

If you don’t see an item you’re interested in, contact us. If it’s available, we’ll arrange for you to order it.

I don’t know which products are suitable for me. Do you offer consultation?

We offer consultations and can recommend products based on your specific needs. Just send us a message!

When will my order arrive?

Once we receive your payment, we’ll dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can track it every step of the way.

FAQ

How will I know when my order has shipped?

After placing your order, we’ll send you an email confirmation containing your tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your SPAM folder.

I’m not happy with the product I received – what should I do?

If you’re not satisfied with a product, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We guarantee a full refund upon return of the product, as long as it’s in the original condition.

The product I’ve received has spilled/broken – what should I do?

We recommend opening your parcel immediately upon receipt. If the product is severely damaged, please file a complaint with your postal service.

While we ensure quality packaging and take extra care with liquids (e.g., wrapping them to prevent spillage), sometimes damage can still occur during international shipping. If your product is damaged, contact us with proof, and we’ll refund you.
