We are located in Slovakia.
Are your products authentic?
All of our products are 100% authentic. All products are shipped in the original packaging as supplied by the manufacturer.
What is the expiration date of your products?
Each and every one of our products is entirely new and has been meticulously stored in a controlled environment to maintain their quality. It is our utmost priority to ensure that all products dispatched are accompanied by a guarantee of possessing a sufficient expiration date for customary usage.
Do you provide samples?
We include free samples in our orders when they are available.

You can contact us about the item. If it’s available, we’ll provide it for you to order.

When will my order arrive?
Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with a confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your order all along the way.

We recommend you constantly track your order with the tracking number provided (if this service is available by your postal service).
It has been more than 4 weeks, and my order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
First, please try to locate your order using the tracking number provided. If your postal service offers tracking, the parcel will be easily located.
In case tracking is not available, please contact us or your postal service with the provided tracking number.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once you have placed your order, an email confirmation will be sent containing your tracking number. Please check your SPAM folder if an email from us hasn’t arrived after performing an order.
I’m not happy with the product I received – what should I do?
If you’re not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we guarantee a money-back refund upon return of the product. All items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.
The product I’ve received has spilled/broken – what should I do?
We recommend opening the parcel directly when you receive it. In case of severe damage, please file a complaint with your post representative.
During international shipping, some parcels may be damaged. We do our best to ensure quality packaging. We wrap liquids with additional layer preventing spilling; we use bubble wrap, wrapping paper, and quality packages. All of this ensures maximum padding.
Sometimes this may not be enough, and the product might be damaged upon arrival. In such a case, please contact us with proof of the damage, and we will reimburse you for it.
