Orders can be returned or canceled at any point, before shipment, until receipt, and afterward (within a 30 day period from the moment of receipt).

1. The buyer will pay the return shipping fee.

In case of a non-appropriate product condition upon receipt, we will cover the shipping cost.

2. All items must be returned in their original condition (it is recommended to take a photo before shipment).

The state of the goods until the moment of return is under the responsibility of the buyer. Please pack carefully.

3. Refund will be cleared once the parcel arrives at our store.

4. Upon canceling an order before receipt, it should be rejected at the local post office.

5. Refund is offered for the cost of goods in-store credit or money back, whichever is preferred.

6. For a shipped order, the refund will be granted only for the value of goods. If the order wasn’t shipped, the refund would include the shipping cost.

7. Upon money back request, there will be a fee of ≈6% for a payment with a Credit Card or ≈5% of the total order value for payment with Paypal

8. The conditions above will apply to returned parcels that were not collected from the local post or refused by the recipient.
