Shipping information:
- All parcels are shipped from Slovakia.
- Processing and dispatching take 1-2 business days (excluding the payment day). Business days are Monday to Friday.
- Once the shipment is made, you will receive a confirmation notification.
- If paying via PayPal, the parcel will be shipped to the address registered in your PayPal account
Regular Post – No tracking or status updates. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages. With Tracking – Tracking available. Delivery time is the same for both options.
Free shipping is available for orders over 35 € (Slovakia), 70 € (Europe), and 150 € (worldwide). Eligible orders will be shipped via regular post.
