Orders can be returned or canceled at any time—before shipment, upon receipt, or within a 1-day period after receiving the product.

1. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee. However, if the product is in an unsatisfactory condition upon receipt, we will cover the shipping cost.

2. All items must be returned in their original condition. We recommend taking a photo of the product before shipment. The buyer is responsible for the condition of the goods until the return is made. Please pack the items carefully.

3. We will process your refund once the parcel arrives at our store.

4. We offer a refund either as in-store credit or as a direct money refund.

5. For shipped orders, we will refund only the value of the goods. If the order hasn’t shipped, the refund will include the shipping cost.

6. If you request a money refund, a fee of ≈6% for Credit Card payments or ≈5% of the total order value for Paypal payments will apply.
